  • Currently support is available in English and Polish.
  • Codernity does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

API Terms

We make various services available on this site including, but not limited to, API (Application Program Interface), and other like services. You are responsible for providing, at your own expense, all equipment necessary to use the services, including a computer, modem, and Internet access (including payment of all fees associated with such access). Any use of the API, including use of the API through a third-party product that accesses the service, is bound by these terms of service plus the following specific terms:

  • You can send or get your data via an API.
  • Transmission between you and our Services is protected. Security is guaranteed by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

Payments and Refunds Terms

  • Services are charged in a monthly basis.
  • We reserve the right to modify features, plans, specifications and pricing without notice or obligation at any given time.
  • Any prepayment of the Service is non-refundable, there will be no refunds for partial use of service.
  • Invoices are in electronic format only.
  • All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and You shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding taxes applicable in Poland.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns

Queries and Disputes

Queries or disputes can be received via the phone, letter, email or by any other form of communication. You must tell us as soon as possible about any dispute – the sooner you inform us, the easier it will be to resolve the matter. In the first instance, you should try to resolve your dispute through the usual customer service channels, as they are able to resolve the vast majority of disputes and very often issues arise as a result of misunderstandings and can be easily resolved. You will be asked to provide full details of your issue. The more information you can provide, the easier it will be to resolve the matter. Customer services will endeavour to resolve all such matters as soon as possible but in any event within 72 hours.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal when concluding a remote sales agreement. A consumer is any natural person who concludes the contract for a purpose which can not be attributed predominantly to either his commercial or independent occupation. A distance contract is provided when the contract is concluded with the exclusive use of telecommunication means - in particular by letter, telephone, e-mail or fax - or via the Internet.
